ทีมพัฒนา Muslim House (ภายใต้เครือข่าย Muslim-TH.com) ให้ความสำคัญและเคารพสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งานทุกคนเป็นอันดับสูงสุด เอกสารนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อชี้แจงอย่างชัดเจนและโปร่งใสเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึง จัดเก็บ ใช้งาน และการปกป้องข้อมูลเมื่อท่านใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Muslim House บนระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS (Apple App Store) และ Android (Google Play Store)

คำมั่นสัญญาของเรา: แอปพลิเคชัน Muslim House ถูกออกแบบตามหลัก Privacy-by-Design ข้อมูลการคำนวณศาสนกิจ (เวลาละหมาด, ทิศกิบลัต) ประมวลผลแบบออฟไลน์บนตัวเครื่องของท่าน 100% โดยไม่มีการส่งหรือจัดเก็บพิกัดส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอกเพื่อการระบุตัวตน

2. ข้อมูลที่แอปพลิเคชันเข้าถึงและวัตถุประสงค์ (Data Access & Usage)

2.1 ข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (Location Data - GPS)

แอปพลิเคชันอาจขออนุญาตเข้าถึงตำแหน่งพิกัดของท่าน (Fine Location / Coarse Location) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ:

  • คำนวณเวลาละหมาดที่แม่นยำ: ระบบคำนวณเวลาละหมาด 5 เวลาตามสูตรดาราศาสตร์และตำแหน่งดวงอาทิตย์เฉพาะพิกัดที่ท่านพำนักอยู่
  • คำนวณองศาทิศกิบลัต (Qibla Compass): เพื่อหาทิศมุ่งหน้าสู่กะอ์บะฮ์ มักกะฮ์ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
  • ค้นหามัสยิดและร้านอาหารฮาลาลใกล้เคียง: เพื่อแสดงระยะทางและนำทางไปยังศาสนสถานหรือร้านอาหารฮาลาลที่ใกล้ที่สุด

* หมายเหตุสำคัญ: ข้อมูลตำแหน่งพิกัด GPS จะถูกนำมาประมวลผลภายในอุปกรณ์ (Client-side) เท่านั้น ไม่มีการบันทึกประวัติเส้นทางการเดินทาง และไม่มีการส่งพิกัดไปจัดเก็บไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา

2.2 การแจ้งเตือนและเสียงอาซาน (Notifications & Audio)

แอปพลิเคชันขอสิทธิ์การแจ้งเตือน (Notifications) และสิทธิ์การแจ้งเตือนตรงเวลา (Exact Alarm) เพื่อปลุกระบบส่งเสียงอาซานหรือข้อความเตือนเมื่อถึงเวลาละหมาด โดยไฟล์เสียงทั้งหมดถูกบรรจุอยู่ในตัวเครื่องตั้งแต่ตอนติดตั้ง ไม่มีการดึงเสียงหรือประวัติใดๆ จากภายนอกระหว่างการละหมาด

2.3 ข้อมูลการสนับสนุนและการซื้อภายในแอป (In-App Purchases)

รายการสนับสนุน "เลี้ยงกาแฟทีมพัฒนา" และการซื้อ "ปิดโฆษณาตลอดชีพ" เป็นการดำเนินการผ่านระบบการชำระเงินที่ปลอดภัยของ Apple App Store (StoreKit) และ Google Play Billing ผ่านมาตรฐาน RevenueCat SDK:

  • เรา ไม่มีการเข้าถึง และไม่จัดเก็บ ข้อมูลหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต บัญชีธนาคาร หรือข้อมูลทางการเงินใดๆ ของท่าน
  • ระบบจัดเก็บเพียงรหัสสิทธิ์ (Entitlement Token) แบบนิรนาม เพื่อจดจำสถานะการปิดโฆษณาของเครื่องท่านเท่านั้น

2.4 สถิติการใช้งานแบบนิรนาม (Aggregated Usage Analytics)

เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพแอปพลิเคชันและเสถียรภาพของระบบ แอปอาจบันทึกสถิติภาพรวม เช่น จำนวนครั้งการเปิดหน้าจอ หรืออัตราการเกิดข้อผิดพลาด (Crash Reports) โดยข้อมูลทั้งหมดเป็นข้อมูลเชิงสถิติรวม (Aggregated Data) ที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของบุคคลได้ (Non-Personally Identifiable Information)

3. บริการจากบุคคลภายนอกและโฆษณา (Third-Party Services)

แอปพลิเคชันอาจเชื่อมต่อกับบริการบุคคลภายนอกตามมาตรฐานดังต่อไปนี้:

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC): ให้บริการโฆษณาแบนเนอร์และโฆษณาคั่น โดยอาจมีการใช้ Advertising ID เพื่อปรับปรุงความเหมาะสมของโฆษณาตามนโยบายของ Google โดยผู้ใช้ iOS สามารถควบคุมผ่านระบบ App Tracking Transparency (ATT) ได้
  • Cloudflare R2 / CDN: ใช้เพื่อกระจายสัญญาณดาวน์โหลดไฟล์เสียงอ่านอัลกุรอานให้รวดเร็วและปลอดภัย

4. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก (Children's Privacy)

แอปพลิเคชัน Muslim House มีเนื้อหาที่เหมาะสมสำหรับทุกเพศทุกวัย และไม่มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลระบุตัวตนส่วนบุคคล (PII) จากเด็กที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีอย่างจงใจ หากผู้ปกครองพบว่ามีการส่งข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้ยินยอม สามารถติดต่อเราเพื่อลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวได้ทันที

5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล (Data Security)

เราใช้มาตรการความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม การเชื่อมต่อตรวจสอบเวอร์ชันเนื้อหาทั้งหมดทำงานผ่านโพรโทคอลที่มีการเข้ารหัส HTTPS / TLS 1.3 ปลอดภัยจากการดักจับข้อมูล

6. สิทธิของผู้ใช้งาน (Your Data Rights)

ตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA ของประเทศไทย และ GDPR):

  • ท่านสามารถลบข้อมูลการตั้งค่า ประวัติการอ่าน และข้อมูลออฟไลน์ทั้งหมดในเครื่องได้ทุกเมื่อผ่านเมนู "ตั้งค่า" ในแอป หรือถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน
  • ท่านสามารถเปิดหรือปิดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตำแหน่ง GPS และการแจ้งเตือนได้ตลอดเวลาในการตั้งค่าระบบปฏิบัติการของโทรศัพท์

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย (Changes to This Policy)

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับฟังก์ชันใหม่หรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ จะแสดงผ่านหน้านี้และระบุวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้อย่างชัดเจน

The Muslim House development team (affiliated with Muslim-TH.com) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of information when you use the Muslim House mobile application across iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

Our Privacy Promise: Muslim House is built with a Privacy-by-Design architecture. Essential religious calculations (Prayer Times, Qibla Direction) are computed 100% locally on your device. We do not store, track, or transmit your individual location history to external servers.

2. Data Access and Purpose of Processing

2.1 Location Data (GPS)

The app may request access to your device's geographical coordinates (Fine / Coarse Location) strictly for:

  • Accurate Prayer Times Calculation: Determining the 5 daily prayer times based on solar astronomical algorithms for your specific coordinates.
  • Qibla Direction Compass: Calculating the precise azimuth heading toward the Holy Kaaba in Makkah.
  • Nearby Mosques and Halal Places: Finding and calculating distances to nearby mosques and halal food venues.

* Important Notice: Location data is processed exclusively on-device (client-side) in real time. We do not track travel histories nor store GPS locations on our servers.

2.2 Notifications & Adhan Audio Playback

The app requests notification permissions and Exact Alarm capabilities to alert you at scheduled prayer times with the Adhan audio. All notification sounds are bundled locally within the application package.

2.3 In-App Purchases & Donations

Support options such as "Tip the Developers" and "Lifetime Ad Removal" are securely handled via Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play Billing via the RevenueCat SDK:

  • We never collect or store payment card details, bank information, or financial credentials.
  • Only anonymous entitlement identifiers are used to verify and restore your ad-free status across your devices.

2.4 Anonymous Usage Analytics

To optimize application performance and maintain stability, the app may aggregate non-personally identifiable metrics (such as screen view counts and crash diagnostics). No personal identity can be tied to this diagnostic telemetry.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC): Used to deliver non-intrusive advertisements. AdMob may utilize anonymous advertising identifiers subject to Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS, tracking is governed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
  • Cloudflare R2 / CDN: Utilized for high-speed, secure delivery of static Quran recitation audio files.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Muslim House contains appropriate content for all age groups. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. All communications with our backend servers are strictly encrypted over HTTPS / TLS 1.3.

6. Your Rights (PDPA & GDPR Compliance)

  • You retain full rights to delete cached offline records, reading history, and app preferences by using the in-app reset option or by uninstalling the app.
  • You can revoke location or notification permissions anytime via your device's operating system settings.
